Two characters spotted on CCTV breaking into a white van parked near Gannow Lane, Burnley on 22nd October 2024. One person walks up the street probably as a lookout whilst the 2nd person breaks into the van. A few moments later, a person can be seen running towards the subway carrying items taken from the vehicle.
